Doneo family cards can be used to make transfers, utilities payments. For marketplace purchases also one can use cards.

You can redeem the rewards collected at the marketplace which is an E-com platform. There you can choose merchandise among several categories. However, for security purpose, teen marketplace has certain limited restrictions to curb them from hazardous products.

Anyone can do a full KYC. But it is mandatory for above 18 individuals to get full KYC done. Below 18 can work with min KYC, but on completion of 18 years they have to get full KYC done otherwise their app will not work. Full KYC is Bio-metric KYC.

Physical card charges are ₹ 200. This amount is refundable once the Primary account holder’s transactions exceed ₹ 1,00,000.

There are no maintenance charges perse.

Digital Doneo cards will get activated immediately. Physical Doneo cards may take 2-3 business days to be shipped. Once it gets shipped it can be activated.

In case of employees, they can raise a request to HR to block their card.

In case of family Doneo cards, Primary card holder can block the card. Secondary card holders can raise a request to Primary Card holder to block the card.

No, only Primary card holder can transfer funds to different beneficiary accounts. Card to card transfer is not yet enabled.

No, you cannot add or transfer your Reward Points from one Doneo Card to another. Reward points can be redeemed only on Doneo Card on which they have been earned.

No, you cannot redeem your reward points after the closure of your card account.
